Hardball and the Boys & Girls Club will be hosting its 1st annual Miami Showdown Tournament at the famous Hank Kline Boys and Girls Club located at 2805 SW 32ndAvenue, in Miami, Florida. Hardball Baseball has always been recognized as the best instructional baseball academy in South Florida, and for the first time in their successful history Hardball will bring in the best travel teams in South Florida to compete for the title of Miami’s Best.This tournament will provide baseball tips, autograph sessions and pictures with current MLB players. The Major league players that will attend are: Yonder Alonso 1B for the San Diego Padres, Jonathan Jay CF for the St Louis Cardinals, Manny Machado 3B for the Baltimore Orioles. These are the same players that once played here growing up and helped build the nickname “The Mecca”. More players may be added to the list as we get closer to the event.
